Beta Service Notice: Mirameo is currently in beta testing. These Terms apply to all beta users and may be updated as we develop and refine the platform.

2.3 Supported PlatformsCurrently supports LinkedIn with plans to expand to additional social media platforms. Supported platforms and features may change during beta development.
3. User Accounts and Registration3.1 Account CreationTo use Mirameo, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
3.2 Account ResponsibilityYou are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account access
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

- Harass, stalk, or harm individuals based on analysis results
- Access private or restricted social media content
- Circumvent platform security measures or rate limits
- Create fake accounts or provide false information
- Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell, distribute, or commercialize the service without permission
- Scan profiles without having a legitimate purpose or right to do so
4.3 Content StandardsWhen using our platform:
- Respect others' privacy and dignity
- Use analysis results responsibly and ethically
- Do not discriminate based on analysis outcomes
- Comply with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. Data Collection and Privacy5.1 Data SourcesMirameo only collects:
- Information that is publicly available on supported social media platforms
- Data that users explicitly choose to scan
- User account and preference information
- Platform usage analytics for service improvement

5.3 Social Media Platform ComplianceUsers must:

- Only scan content they have the right to access
- Acknowledge that platform policies may restrict certain scanning activities
6. Intellectual Property Rights6.1 Mirameo Content- The Mirameo platform, including software, algorithms, and user interface, is owned by us
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding materials are protected intellectual property
- Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform as intended
6.2 User Content- Users retain ownership of data they input into the platform
- Analysis results generated from user data belong to the user
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

6.3 Third-Party Content- Social media content scanned through our platform remains owned by original creators

- Results should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions
- Personality assessments are based on limited public data and may not be comprehensive
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results
8.3 Content Sharing- Users may share their own analysis results at their discretion
- Sharing of analysis results about others should comply with privacy laws and ethical standards
- We may showcase anonymized analysis examples for marketing or educational purposes
9. Beta Testing and Feedback9.1 Beta ParticipationBy using Mirameo during beta:
- You acknowledge the experimental nature of the service

10.2 Beta Service DisclaimersDuring beta testing:

- Data loss or corruption may occur
- Analysis algorithms are subject to ongoing refinement
- Platform performance may vary significantly
10.3 Third-Party Content- We do not warrant the accuracy of social media content scanned through our platform
- Third-party platforms may change their terms or restrict access without notice
- Users assume responsibility for compliance with third-party terms of service
11. Limitation of Liability11.1 Liability LimitationsTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE (CURRENTLY $0 FOR BETA USERS)
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

11.2 Beta-Specific LimitationsDuring beta testing:
- No compensation is provided for service interruptions or data loss
- Users participate voluntarily and assume associated risks

- Beta features are experimental and may not perform as expected
11.3 IndemnificationUsers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

12. Termination12.1 Termination by UserUsers may terminate their account at any time by:

12.3 Effect of TerminationUpon termination:
- Access to the platform will be immediately revoked

- These Terms will continue to apply to past use of the service
