By accessing or using Mirameo ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Beta Service Notice: Mirameo is currently in beta testing. These Terms apply to all beta users and may be updated as we develop and refine the platform.

2. Description of Service

Mirameo is a social media analysis platform that provides:

AI-powered personality assessments and behavioral insights
Profile management and organization tools
Comprehensive analysis reporting and recommendations

2.2 Beta Status

During the beta period:

Service features may change without notice
Platform availability may be limited or interrupted

User feedback will influence service development
Free access is provided to beta users

2.3 Supported Platforms

Currently supports LinkedIn with plans to expand to additional social media platforms. Supported platforms and features may change during beta development.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use Mirameo, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account access
Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

3.3 Account Termination

Scan publicly available social media profiles
Generate personality assessments for legitimate purposes

Export and use your analysis results as permitted by these Terms

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mirameo to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Harass, stalk, or harm individuals based on analysis results
Access private or restricted social media content
Circumvent platform security measures or rate limits
Create fake accounts or provide false information
Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Resell, distribute, or commercialize the service without permission
Scan profiles without having a legitimate purpose or right to do so

4.3 Content Standards

When using our platform:

Respect others' privacy and dignity
Use analysis results responsibly and ethically
Do not discriminate based on analysis outcomes
Comply with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws
Respect intellectual property rights

5. Data Collection and Privacy

5.1 Data Sources

Mirameo only collects:

Information that is publicly available on supported social media platforms
Data that users explicitly choose to scan
User account and preference information
Platform usage analytics for service improvement

5.2 Privacy Compliance

We comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations

Users maintain control over their scan and analysis data

5.3 Social Media Platform Compliance

Users must:

Comply with the terms of service of scanned social media platforms

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Mirameo Content

The Mirameo platform, including software, algorithms, and user interface, is owned by us
Our trademarks, logos, and branding materials are protected intellectual property
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform as intended

6.2 User Content

Users retain ownership of data they input into the platform
Analysis results generated from user data belong to the user
We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

Social media content scanned through our platform remains owned by original creators

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results

8.3 Content Sharing

Users may share their own analysis results at their discretion
Sharing of analysis results about others should comply with privacy laws and ethical standards
We may showcase anonymized analysis examples for marketing or educational purposes

9. Beta Testing and Feedback

9.1 Beta Participation

By using Mirameo during beta:

You acknowledge the experimental nature of the service
You agree to provide feedback and report issues when possible
You understand that features may change based on testing results
You accept that data may need to be migrated or reformatted

9.2 Feedback Rights

Feedback provided to us may be used to improve the service
We may implement suggestions without compensation or attribution

During beta testing:

Analysis algorithms are subject to ongoing refinement
Platform performance may vary significantly

10.3 Third-Party Content

We do not warrant the accuracy of social media content scanned through our platform
Third-party platforms may change their terms or restrict access without notice
Users assume responsibility for compliance with third-party terms of service

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

11.2 Beta-Specific Limitations

During beta testing:

No compensation is provided for service interruptions or data loss
Users participate voluntarily and assume associated risks
Feedback and testing participation do not create liability for us

11.3 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

12. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time by:

12.2 Termination by Mirameo

We may terminate or suspend accounts for:

Abuse of the platform or other users
Suspicious or fraudulent activity

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Access to the platform will be immediately revoked

These Terms will continue to apply to past use of the service
